Quality Instruction

At ACS, our instructors provide a high quality, interactive and productive learning experience for students. A rigorous training program ensures that our instructors follow strict guidelines to consistently deliver a high level of instruction. Our instructors are all certified, regularly tested and students complete an evaluation at the end of each course. We require our instructors to maintain a 95 percent or higher pass-certificate rating.

Post-Class Support

ACS provides comprehensive post-training support. Our Help Desk is staffed with full-time professionals who are able to respond to most issues the same day. In addition, ACS also offers a Learning Guarantee on all desktop applications or technical training courses, allowing students to retake any course within 1 year at no cost.
